To pay with a credit card you need to create a PayPal account. You simply give the same information you give when you purchase with a credit or debit card at other websites. It's not an actual account with money in it, although you can do that later if you like. Note: if you are paying with PayPal, remember to click the "Donate" button (at the bottom).
